Services: Gleam&Go provides professional car detailing services, the scope of which is described on our website. Services may vary depending on your chosen package.

Bookings: All bookings are subject to confirmation. You agree to provide accurate contact and vehicle information.

Payments: Payments are due as specified during booking. Prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable.

Cancellations: Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24h in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.

Liability: While we take the utmost care when handling your vehicle, Gleam&Go is not liable for pre-existing damage or issues beyond our control.

Website use: Visitors must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or infringe upon intellectual property rights.

Vehicle Size Selection Disclaimer

By booking our services, the client confirms that the selected vehicle size corresponds to their actual vehicle. Gleam & Go provides size categories solely as guidance and is not responsible for misclassification by the client. In cases where the actual vehicle differs from the size selected during booking, Gleam & Go reserves the right to: (i) apply supplementary charges, (ii) adjust the service accordingly, or (iii) cancel the booking without refund. The client acknowledges that if they are uncertain about their vehicle category, it is their responsibility to request guidance from Gleam & Go prior to booking. The client agrees that Gleam & Go shall not be held liable for any claims, losses, or damages arising from incorrect vehicle size selection.
