Refund Policy – the basics
At Gleam&Go, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, as our services are tailored and performed in person, refunds are generally only provided in specific circumstances.

Service dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the quality of our detailing service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will first aim to resolve the issue by correcting or re-performing the service. If this is not possible, we may issue a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

Cancellations:

24h notice: Bookings cancelled at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a refund.

Refund amount: The refund will be proportional to the service booked:

For shorter services (under 2 hours), customers may receive a refund of up to 75% of the full price.

For longer services (over 2 hours), refunds will not exceed 50% of the full price.

Late cancellations / no-shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments, may not be eligible for a refund.

Deposits: Any deposit or prepayment made at the time of booking is non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to an error or fault on our part.

Gift cards or vouchers: Purchases of gift cards are non-refundable but remain valid for the period stated on the card.
